Self-service mobile application developed for one of Brazil’s largest payment processing companies during its digital transformation and agile adoption process.
The main challenge was reducing dependency on the call center by offering a digital solution capable of solving technical issues, scheduling visits, providing tutorials, and enabling equipment replacement with greater autonomy.

A Design Sprint conducted to launch a new Smart POS within the Brazilian payments ecosystem.
The challenge was to structure and facilitate a large-scale Designathon with 200 participants — including commercial teams, C-level executives, and clients — to validate the concept, assess its end-to-end ecosystem impact, and generate actionable directions for development and large-scale rollout.
As Lead Facilitator, I designed and pre-tested the entire dynamic, structuring the agenda based on design thinking and service design methodologies.
I coordinated 12 working tables supported by 8 facilitators, ensuring pace, alignment, and delivery within the available timeframe.
Result: three proposals prioritized by executive leadership, with one immediately moving into agile development.
